Who is B2B?
B2B Consulting was created by two seasoned professionals with over 5 decades of combined experience in customer service, employee management, payroll/PEO/leasing and human resources. These ladies believe their core ethics set them apart in the business world. The goal of B2B Consulting is to build lasting relationships with clients that agree and understand the value of the services they can provide. In early 2013, Ms. Mays and Ms. Lefrancois created B2B Consults 4 U, LLC (dba B2B Consulting).
A. Dee Lefrancois
Dee Lefrancois, has been in the Professional Employer Organization (PEO)/ASO, employee leasing industry for almost two decades. Throughout her career, she has dedicated herself to growing, learning and understanding all aspects of the industry. She has built a solid reputation for her operational expertise based upon her knowledge, dedication and the relationships she has developed. Ms. Lefrancois began her career as a payroll processor at a startup PEO in 1999. This PEO eventually was named to the Florida Trend Top 100 privately held businesses within 5 years. Ms. Lefrancois advanced to operations, management and ultimately to a senior level executive position. After her successful tenure with that PEO, she made the decision to begin a new chapter in her life. Utilizing her vast knowledge, skills and contacts in the industry, she began her own consulting firm to enable her to provide her consultative knowledge to benefit businesses. Dee has been married for over 12 years and has two beautiful children. Balance between her business and personal life are very important. Volunteering with her family, working with children, local government, charities, and civic associations allows her to give back to her community. In 2012, she accepted a position to the Board of a local charity organization where she uses her business knowledge to assist with their administrative needs.
Sandy Mays, SPHR
Sandy Mays is veteran human resources professional with extensive experience in employee management and consulting. She holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) and is an active member of SHRM. With a strong background in human resources management and applied human resources experience, Ms. Mays was successful in creating and developing the human resources division of a large Professional Employer Organization (PEO). This PEO was ultimately named as one of the Florida Trend Top 100 privately held businesses for several years until its’ ultimate sale. Her responsibilities included internal HR related functions as well as the development and implementation of the Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) model servicing clients of that PEO. For over 10 years, she advised over 1200 business in a wide variety of industries on employment related matters including wage/ hour compliance, development and implementation of policies and procedures, employee management , harassment, discrimination, manager training and many other areas. Ms. Mays’ career has enabled her to obtain a broad base of exposure to the human resource needs of clients in many diverse industries. This knowledge and understanding enables her to create and provide tailored solutions to businesses. She believes her experience in guiding employers through the pitfalls of employee related issues and making the most of their talent resources can benefit every type of business.
